Before

Book with a supplier and get a fundraising web page.
Set a goal and 2-3 week window.
Members share their personal links.
Close orders; supplier delivers sorted stock.

While it runs

Run a short pickup window; remind people to bring chilly bins.
Profits paid to your account (Go Raise It says 7-10 business days after completion).

After

Bank the money and record it in the books.
Thank donors, sponsors and helpers, by name where they’re happy with that.
Tell supporters what you raised and what it will pay for.

Watch out for

Uncollected frozen orders with nowhere to store them.

Supplier is the food business; keep frozen product cold on pickup day.
