Raffle ticket sales tracker

A spreadsheet with one row per book: who has it, which numbers, what sold, what money is in and what came back unsold. It tells you which books still need chasing before the draw.

How it works

  1. Put the ticket price at the top. Give each seller a book and write their name, phone and the first and last ticket number.
  2. When a book comes back, fill in tickets sold, unsold tickets returned and the money handed in.
  3. The last columns do the checking. Still owing is the money due less the money in. Book balanced? says Balanced, Money owing or Tickets missing.
  4. The Summary sheet adds it all up: books out, tickets not yet accounted for, and money still owing. Chase those before the draw.
  5. Only sold tickets go in the draw. Sell in person, never by Facebook comment or a message order paid by transfer. Our rule: a numbered paper ticket for every entry, face to face.
