Record the grant in the books and keep every receipt for the accountability report.
Thank donors, sponsors and helpers, by name where they’re happy with that.

Applying for costs already incurred.

Offered through eligible district councils for rural teams of 5-18 year olds; local competition travel only, no retrospective costs.
