Before

Agree per-pack amount in writing.
Share order form.
Bakery bakes to order; collect on a set day.
Confirm the donation total.

After

Bank the money and record it in the books.
Thank donors, sponsors and helpers, by name where they’re happy with that.
Tell supporters what you raised and what it will pay for.

Watch out for

Short window before the holiday.

The bakery is the food business, so the group needs no food registration. Agree the per-pack amount in writing.
