Set flavours and price.
Take pre-paid orders.
Submit order; arrange pickup.

While it runs

Distribute in a short window.

After

Bank the money and record it in the books.
Thank donors, sponsors and helpers, by name where they’re happy with that.
Tell supporters what you raised and what it will pay for.

Watch out for

Freezer logistics on pickup day.

The supplier is the registered food business; the group only distributes sealed frozen packs, so no Food Act registration is needed. Keep packs frozen at pickup.
