Before

Choose a bakery; compare margin and delivery area (Oxford: free Waikato delivery on orders over $1,000).
Book the delivery date.
Keep the range to 4-6 flavours (Raised).

While it runs

Run a 2-3 week order window with 3 reminders.
Send the consolidated order.
Sort by name or class on delivery; arrange helpers.

After

Pay the supplier and bank the margin.
Thank donors, sponsors and helpers, by name where they’re happy with that.
Tell supporters what you raised and what it will pay for.

Watch out for

Too many flavours slow ordering (Raised).
No backup freezer.

The bakery is the registered food business; keep pies frozen and have a backup freezer for uncollected orders.
