Set order cutoff.
Promote via newsletter and payment app.

While it runs

Hand out on the day.
Check the rebate statement.

After

Bank the money and record it in the books.
Thank donors, sponsors and helpers, by name where they’re happy with that.
Tell supporters what you raised and what it will pay for.

Watch out for

Rebate figures change; confirm current terms in writing.

The supplier is the registered food business, so the school has no food rules to meet. Confirm the rebate in writing.
