Before

Find your regional trust.
Read its strategy and exclusions.
Use quick-response grants for small asks.
Prepare accounts, budget and quotes.
Apply before the round closes.

After

Report back on outcomes.
Record the grant in the books and keep every receipt for the accountability report.
Thank donors, sponsors and helpers, by name where they’re happy with that.

Watch out for

Applying outside the trust's region.

Each regional trust funds only its own region and has its own exclusions and rounds.
