Buy-a-square grid (no-prize version): checklist

Everything from the permit to the thank-you, built from this idea’s own steps and rules. Tick as you go: your ticks stay in this browser.

0 of 7 done

Before

Design the grid around the thing being funded.
Fix a price per square.
Sell at events and online; write names in as they pay.

While it runs

Display the completed grid.

After

Thank everyone.
Bank the money and record it in the books.
Tell supporters what you raised and what it will pay for.

Watch out for

Adding a prize without checking the gambling rules.

Without a prize it is a donation with recognition, not gambling. A score-match squares game with a cash prize is a lottery and must be society-run.
