Before

Use its toolkit to collect pre-orders.
Submit one order.

While it runs

Receive one delivery.
Distribute same day.

After

Bank the money and record it in the books.
Thank donors, sponsors and helpers, by name where they’re happy with that.
Tell supporters what you raised and what it will pay for.

Watch out for

Lower margin per item ($1) means you need volume.

Pre-packaged by the supplier; keep chilled if not handed out straight away. No permits.
